Q: What is AirPlay and How to Use AirPlay with 5KPlayer?

A: AirPlay (previously called AirTunes when it was for audio only) is developed by Apple Inc. that can use to wireless stream audio/video, and photos between electronic devices. Using AirPlay, you can play media from a single AirPlay-compatible source, like an iPad or iPhone, and stream it to multiple AirPlay-compatible devices on the same network, including TVs and stereo systems. Q: How to Solve 5KPlayer YouTube Analyze Not Working?

A: All the video hosting sites that 5KPlayer supports such as YouTube, Vevo, Dailymotion are listed in the 300+ online sites list. Of course 5KPlayer is working on to explore more and be able to support more sites in the future but in the mean time, it does not support downloading videos from all sites natively. So, if you really want to download the specific video online, try to find it on the website that 5KPlayer supports.

* Some video sites are constantly updating their algorithm and 5KPlayer sometimes failed to decode in time as it needs time to auto-update itself.

Q: How to add subtitles/set subtitle font and color in 5KPlayer for Windows?

A: For adding subtitles please read how to add subtiles to adopt external subtitles.
For subtitle settings, just go Settings -> Subtitle and set the font size, default encoding, color etc. Quit and restart the program to take effect.

Q: Why AirPlay failed that my video cannot play in Apple TV?

A: Please check if your video format is in MP4, MOV or M4V which is supported by AirPlay. See also how to solve AirPlay not working.

Q: How to find the downloaded file on your computer?

A: Press F2 or go Settings -> Find Downloader settings, then you can see the destination folder to save your downloaded video music. And you are able to change the destination folder too.

Q: How to create playlist in 5KPlayer library?

A: Go Library, and create a new playlist -> Click on the new list you just created, and click Add, choose the media you want to play in the folder and click OK -> Double click one to start playing. The movie will play one by one.

Q: How to choose shuffle or repeat play?

A: Go Library, find the repeat icon between search bar and plus & minus icon -> Click on the repeat icon to change the playback mode at shuffle, repeat all, repeat one or none.

iPhone Music/Photo Manager FAQs

Q: What format of music can I add to iPhone iPad from computer?

A: You can add music of almost any kind of format thanks to the auto conversion features of DearMob iPhone Music Manager. It will convert FLAC, OGG, WMA, WAV or other format to iPhone iPad compatible AAC/MP3.

Q: What format of photo can I add to iPhone iPad from computer?

A: Please feel free to add photos in .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .bmp and .tiff formats.

Q: How to remove DRM from iTunes purchased music?

A: DearMob iPhone Music Manager does not support removing DRM from iTunes purchased music, if you need to remove it, please upgrade to iPhone Music Manager Pro version.

Q: Where can I find the ringtone that made by DearMob iPhone Music Manager?

A: You can find the ringtone on your iPhone in Settings > Sound > Ringtone.

Q: Why can't I click Add Photo on DearMob iPhone Photo Manager?

A: Please create a new album first, then click Add Photo to import pictures from computer to iPhone iPad.
