The 5KPlayer Thanksgiving Day Giveaway & Sweepstakes is organized by DearMob, Inc ("Administrator"). By entering into this Sweepstakes, you ("Entrant") agree to accept the terms and conditions in these Official Rules.

1. Entry Period:
The Sweepstakes starts from November 6, 2019 and ends in December 5, 2019 ("Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

2. How to Enter:
Visit the entry page, simply download 5KPlayer and email us with a valid Email Address as 1 entry.

You can earn Additional Entries (i.e. the Weights in randompicker.com) by following the instructions on the screen.
Specifically, sharing the campaign to forums and email us will earn 10 more entries. Sharing the campaign on Facebook or Twitter will earn 1 more entry. Following 5KPlayer on Facebook or Twitter or subscribing YouTube will earn 1 more entry. Each participant can get up to 12 additional entries.

! Privacy protection: The Email Address will be used for confirmation, winner announcement, prize notifying & DearMob 5KPlayer related info. By entering the Sweepstakes, you will be agreeing to receive emails from DearMob 5KPlayer in order to confirm eligibility and your personal information is used according to the privacy policy and will not be sold. 4. Drawing:

When reaching 19,970,000 downloads, a random draw to Amazon Echo Dot will be conducted with randompicker.com, 5 winners in total and each one of them will get the prize. When reaching 19,980,000 downloads, the draw to Seagate External Hard Drive will be conducted and 3 winners will be picked, and each one of them could be the winner of Amazon Echo Dot. When reaching 19,990,000 downloads, 2 winners of Apple AirPods with Wireless Charging Case will be conducted, and each one of them could be the winner of Amazon Echo Dot and/or Seagate External Hard Drive. When reaching 20,000,000 downloads, the draw to Samsung 4K Smart TV will be conducted and the winner could be any participant including the winner of Amazon Echo Dot and/or Seagate External Hard Drive and/or Apple AirPods with Wireless Charging Case. All drawing would be done before December 10, 2019.

Beyond that, this campaign is not connected to any third-party lottery drawing apps. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received during the Entry Period. The Administrator reserves the right to substitute prizes with equal cash value transferring via PayPal under exceptional circumstances. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner.

6. Winner Notification:
The winner list will be announced on this page, our Facebook and Twitter. All the winners will be announced after the campaign ends on the next work day, especially for weekend and holidays. Winners will be notified by email. If the winner does not respond within 3 days of the email notification, an alternate winner will be selected at random from all remaining entries received. Only 2 alternate winners may be contacted.

7. Additional Entries:
Participants who enter to the Sweepstakes may receive 12 Additional Entries in 3 different ways on the event page:
a) Acquire 1 Additional Entries for sharing the event page on Facebook or Twitter.
b) Acquire 1 Additional Entry for following @5KPlayer on Facebook or following @5KPlayer on Twitter or subscribing @5KPlayer on YouTube.
c) Acquire 10 Additional Entry for sharing the campaign page to forums and email us.

8. Eligibility:
The sweepstakes is open to anyone from all over the world who has reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.
